Common Cause Of Back Or Neck Pain
The most common cause of acute back or neck pain is a muscle injury, in which muscle fibers stretch too far and tear. Muscle injury may be caused by overuse, and by other different factors and poor postures cause back and neck pain in an individual, such as sleeping in awkward position, post MVA, sitting with poor posture, keeping neck in one position for a longer duration without moving it at regular interval like in the busy work environment. Spasm and tightness in neck muscles can cause headache, nerve compression which can result in weakness, changes in sensation in the arms.
